Very glad to present you this section of Taal Bodham, where we learn about Taal. Taal is term given to a Rhythmic Cycle played in Indian Classical Music, typically on the Percussion Instruments. Taal comprises of basic Syllables (called Bols) of the Percussion. Taal is differentiated on the basis of Number of Bols and divisions made in arranging these Bols in a Rhythmic Cycle.

We shall try to understand,
